The Digital timer and clock is fully programmable so you can set an end time and tell the oven how long the food needs. The oven will then turn on at the chosen function and temperature so that cooking finishes exactly when you want and the oven will turn itself off. You also get some semi-automatic functions that use an alarm to signal that time is up instead of turning off the oven.
Being a Fan Oven gives you loads of advantages over conventional cooking. For instance it means you can Cook on several shelves at once, the oven gets hot very quickly so you do not need to wait ages to pre-heat and the heat is distributed evenly through-out the cavity.
Important Installation Note to pass on to your fitter: This hob has 4 cables; 2 x Live, 1 x Neutral and 1 x Earth. You need to connect BOTH Live 1 and Live 2 together to the Live wire on your 6mm cooker cable.
