Gloss White vinyl wrapped bath panel & plinth set manufactured in 15mm MDF with satin white melamine reverse. These panels have a 100% waterproof front face!!!!. Edges are square all round. Front Bath Panel Size 1690x420mm including 10mm top lip. Front Plinth Size 1690x200mm. Adjusts from 410mm to 590mm high. Comes complete with fitting kit for ease of installation. Fitting Instructions- 1. Measure from the floor to the underside of your bath at both ends. 2. Using your measurements, attach the plinth to the rear of the panel (using the 4 x 1 1/2″ screws provided). 3. Attach the 200mm long batons to the wall at each end of the bath and the 400mm one to the floor (using the 6 brown plugs and 2″ screws provided – you may need to use other fittings depending on what your walls and floor are made from). The positioning of the batons will vary depending on the thickness of your bath and weather you have needed to use the plinth – please allow for the thickness of the hook & loop! 4. Removing the paper backing from one side of the hook & loop and attach it to the front (shiny side) of each baton, and then remove the other side of the paper backing. 5. Simply push the bath panel into place ensuring that you hook the top lip under the edge of the bath first. If you wish, you can seal around the edges with a suitable silicone sealer. If you are using and End Panel, follow all above steps, except one of the 200mm batons will need to be attached to the rear of the Front Panel (using the 2 x 1 1/2″ screws provided in Step 3).
