Ventilated cooling means the ice cream is displayed at the top of the display not hidden down inside as with many other cabinets. This allows customer to view the ice cream more easily and make for a more attractive display. Suitable for ice cream of gelato. Available in 7 sizes to suit a demanding ice cream parlour or busy cafe.
