We mainly use UK Mail as our standard courier. If a mobile number is provided, they will text a time slot on the delivery day. In addition, we upload tracking information on to your Ebay order so you can track your delivery at any time and make any required adjustments on their website. ~ For larger, heavier and far more substantial items we use a pallet courier as they can ensure a much safer journey in transit. They would call you in advance to make delivery arrangements. The delivery is a kerbside service and you must read the accompanying paperwork thoroughly. Both couriers we use fully cover against any damages in transit – we package our items so well, damages are very rare! Please open your packages very carefully. We advise you do not demolish any packaging in the process. Please only discard of the packaging once you are completely happy with the item. Returns and collections can only go ahead if the item is securely packaged in the original box and packing. Without this, damages cannot be claimed for and returns cannot be accepted. Any returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. We take great pride in our family business and really love the feedback we receive. If there are any problems with your order then we would like a chance to resolve the situation before you leave us feedback and ratings. Poor feedback and ratings can be very damaging to us.
