Fitted with simplehuman’s patented Lid Shox technology, the silent lid is lifted by the special pedal mechanism. The lid lifts and lowers to conceal and hold the edge of the liner for a neat appearance.

Hygienic and easy to keep clean, the stainless steel has been given an invisible fingerprint-proof finish to help it stay shiny for longer – infused with silver nano-particles, it’s anti-microbial and resists smudges.
