The iron frame of the orthopedic bed frame Apple range has been designed to have a long life span. Unlike the “traditional” nets, no holes have been applied in the structure to insert the slats, an inefficient solution that often causes the breaking of the strips. Our innovative iron nets are characterized by the so-called “slat holder”, a very resistant structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which the same slats are inserted with special polyethylene supports. In this way it is practically impossible for the slats to detach from the frame, giving the network unparalleled stability. CHARACTERISTICS The orthopedic bed base Apple range is characterized by an iron structure, realized through a 40×30 mm tubular frame and internal counterframe for the insertion of 13 slats in pure beech plywood, steam bent, 68×8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally free of solvents, therefore harmless to health and environmentally friendly. ORTHOPEDIC BED BASE The double bed base Apple range, starting from the 140×190 cm size and above, has a double reinforcement bar that guarantees an even more solid hold. In the one and a half version there is a single bar. This orthopedic net has an overall height, including the frame, of 35 cm.
