1. Welcome to Bct! Please email us for a preferred working day for delivery after ordering. (Delivery is made Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm Only We can’t guarantee specific times). Deliveries are to ‘front door’ only & not to room of choice or into the property.

With all damage claims we request photos so that we can assess the nature of the damage & rectify this for you. Please keep the original packaging as anything that may be needed to be returned must be done so in its original packaging.
