Turn your tap into a shower in about 5 minutes! This product is perfect if you want to turn your mixer tap into a shower – perfect for rented accommodation, if your electric shower breaks, if you only have a bath tap but want a shower etc. This is a quality German manufactured product, designed to last, with 2 uses in 1! How to fit: Simply unscrew your existing tap end (if your tap has a regulator it can be found at the end of your taps spout – if you’re not sure, send us a photo and we’ll try to determine this for you) and measure the diameter of the removed part, from the thread end – it is important to be accurate. If it measures either 28mm Male, 24mm Male (Male means the threading is on the outside) or 22mm Female (threading on inside of part) then this product should fit. Now screw the new tap aerator into the taps spout (you may need to use the spare rubber washers included to ensure a water tight seal, or even a little PTFE tape wrapped around the threading before fitting), you will now be able to use the tap like normal. When you’re ready to attach a shower hose, screw the hose connector into one end of your shower hose, now you can slide the hose on and off the tap. The special solid tap aerator casing allows you to easily attach and detach your shower hose whenever you need to without leaks (if it leaks – contact us directly for some help troubleshooting). On 1st use, only turn the water on a little to determine how much water pressure is required. This can be used on: kitchen / basin / utility or bath mixer taps.
